1. What AniClipse is

AniClipse is an anime discovery and streaming interface. We do not host video files on our servers. Playback links to media hosted by third-party services. Availability, quality, and legality of those sources are outside our control.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may connect third-party services (such as AniList or MyAnimeList) at your own discretion. Do not share accounts or attempt to access others’ accounts.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its APIs.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in comments or profiles.
• Do not circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.

4. Intellectual property

Anime titles, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Site branding, layout, and original code belong to AniClipse. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA policy.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for downtime, third-party stream failures, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the Service to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
